Following late arrival by many supporters at the football ground today, it was decided by the authorities to close full (to safety certificate capacity) sections of the ground.

This in turn led to some supporters not being able to sit in their allocated seating. However, all supporters were accommodated within the ground as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to thank you for your patience, support and understanding.

Monday 17th December 2007 Update
Upon further investigation, it was found that there was also a technical issue with the South Stand electronic recording equipment. This is the first incident of its kind at London Road and will be rectified immediately.

Given the importance of the match and the wonderful response of our fans and the general public of the city, the football club again sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or upset this may have caused.
