When will I receive my tickets?
A: If ordered before the cut-off time (Wednesday at 10am for Saturday matches and Friday at 10am for Tuesday/Wednesday matches), your tickets will be posted out first class to your registered address (delivery time is usually 1-3 working days). If you ordered after the cut-off time, tickets will be available for collection on the day of the match from the collection point - for normal league matches this is in the club shop but please be aware that for ALL TICKET matches this could be moved to the Ticket Office. PLEASE NOTE: For the 2008 pre-season friendlies, tickets will be dispatched from 1st July 2008.

Do I have to sit in my allocated seat?
A: If a seat row and number are printed on the ticket, you must sit in that seat. 

Is there any additional charges?
A: There is a £1 booking fee per transaction - this fee includes credit/debit card surcharges and handling. Postage & packaging is £1.75 per transaction. For cup match tickets, there is an additional fee of £1 per ticket.

Is there a limit on the amount of tickets I can purchase online?
A: Yes, there is a limit of 10 tickets per match per customer for league matches. Limits may vary for cup and away match tickets.
