Season Ticket Prices Frozen For New Campaign
The football club have announced that season ticket prices for season 2006-2007 have been frozen, irrespective of what league Peterborough United find themselves in.
The club have confirmed that the under 10 offer, which was successful this season, will be repeated for the next campaign. An adult or senior citizen purchasing a season ticket will be entitled to a season ticket for an child under the age of 10 FREE OF CHARGE in the North or South Stand at London Road. There are also junior season tickets available for fans under the age of 16 and another pricing structure sees a discounted junior ticket, which allows a junior to get a half price season ticket if it is bought with an adult or senior citizen season ticket. The discounted junior ticket is also available in the London Road terrace.
On the announcement in January, Barry Fry said: 'I have decided to let our magnificent supporters know in plenty of time that the season ticket prices for next season will be frozen whether we get promoted or not.
'I still believe last year's season ticket prices provided a huge saving and is particularly attractive to families as under 10s will receive a FREE season ticket when an adult purchases a season ticket. I would like to thank all of you for your continued support. It is much appreciated.'
The club is also offering a voucher for a free ticket to the first 200 adult season tickets sold so you will be able to bring a guest with you to a home league match of your choice.
Additionally, we can now take most credit and debit cards for payment of season tickets. Credit cards carry a bank service charge of £10 per adult and £5 per Senior Citizen/Student season ticket. The club will cover the cost of these bank charges for junior season tickets. There is also no surcharge for using your debit card.
Season tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 1st March from 9am at the London Road Ticket Office. The club will be selling season tickets from 9am-5pm Monday-Fridays and also on Saturday 25th March. There will be a special late-night opening on Thursday 30th March.
